π² Pricing, Delivery & Setup
Q: Does the rental price include delivery, setup, and pickup?
βοΈ Yes, our pricing includes professional setup, tear-down, and pickup.
βοΈ Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area.
βοΈ Sales tax is not included in the rental price and will be calculated at checkout.
Q: Do you have an order minimum for delivery?
βοΈ Yes, we require a $160 order minimum for delivery.
βοΈ Orders under $160 may be picked up from our location, but require a credit card deposit.
Q: How early do you set up?
βοΈ Setup generally occurs 1-3 hours before your rental start time.
βοΈ On busy days, we may set up as early as 4 hours in advance.
βοΈ We will call the Friday before your event to confirm scheduling details.
Q: Does my 8-hour rental include setup time?
βοΈ No. We arrive early to set up before your rental window begins, so you get the full rental time to enjoy your event.
π Delivery & Service Areas
Q: Do you deliver to my city?
βοΈ Yes! We deliver to Boardman, Youngstown, Austintown, Canfield, Poland, Struthers, Columbiana, and surrounding areas.
βοΈ Additional travel fees may apply for locations further awayβcall us for a custom quote!
Q: What if Iβm having my event at a park?
βοΈ We love park setups! However, most parks do not provide electricity, so youβll need to rent a generator.
βοΈ All park rentals must be completed before dusk.
βοΈ Park customers must be available for delivery & pickup within a 2-hour window.
π‘ Tip: Check with your local park about rental permits and electricity availability before booking!
π³ Deposits, Payments & Cancellations
Q: Do you require a deposit to book a rental?
βοΈ Yes, all rentals require a $75 non-refundable deposit.
βοΈ Your deposit secures your rental and is applied toward your total balance.
Q: What if I need to cancel my order?
βοΈ We offer rescheduling or a rain check if Weather.com forecasts a 50% or greater chance of rain on your event day.
βοΈ If you cancel for non-weather reasons, your deposit is non-refundable.
βοΈ You may transfer your deposit as a gift certificate to a friend, school, or charity.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
βοΈ We accept cash and all major credit cards.
βοΈ If paying by cash, please have exact change, as drivers do not carry change.
π¦ Water Inflatables & Equipment Requirements
Q: Do I need to provide a water hose for water inflatables?
βοΈ Yes! You must provide a working garden hose that reaches the setup area.
βοΈ If your hose is not available during setup, we cannot test the unit and a service fee may apply if we must return to troubleshoot.
Q: Do I need to keep the inflatable plugged in the entire time?
βοΈ Yes. A blower keeps air inside the inflatable while in use.
βοΈ If unplugged, the unit will deflate immediately.
βοΈ We provide heavy-duty extension cords, but your outlet must be within 50 feet of the setup location.
π‘ Tip: Longer cords can cause circuit breakers to trip. If needed, rent a generator from us!
π Space & Surface Requirements
Q: How much space do I need for my inflatable?
βοΈ Most of our standard bounce houses are 15βx15β, but larger inflatables may need more space.
βοΈ Check the individual product page for exact size requirements.
Q: What surfaces can you set up on?
βοΈ Grass (Best Option!)
βοΈ Concrete, Asphalt & Dirt
β We cannot set up on gravel, rocks, or uneven surfaces as these can damage the unit.
Q: What about bigger inflatables?
βοΈ Ensure a clear, level pathway of at least 4 feet wide.
βοΈ Some inflatables weigh up to 1,000 lbs., so we need ample space to transport and set up.
π Safety, Insurance & Rental Responsibilities
Q: Are your inflatables cleaned before each rental?
βοΈ Absolutely! All units are professionally cleaned & sanitized after every use.
βοΈ We take pride in providing safe & hygienic party rentals.
Q: Are you licensed & insured?
βοΈ Yes! We carry $1 million in liability insurance and all inflatables are state-inspected & licensed.
Q: Am I responsible if the inflatable gets damaged?
βοΈ Normal wear & tear is covered by Confetti House.
βοΈ If damage occurs due to negligence, misuse, or failure to follow safety guidelines, you may be responsible for repair or replacement costs.
βοΈ Examples of avoidable damage:
- Jumping on a deflated unit
- Allowing sharp objects inside the inflatable
- Not shutting off the unit during high winds

Q: Can I review the rental contract and safety rules before booking?
βοΈ Yes! A copy is included in your rental receipt.
βοΈ You can also request a digital copy before booking.
